BENHE 3 axles side wall semi trailer is constructed using Q345 manganese steel. Its main beam is 500mm high and 8mm thick; upper plate 14mm thick, bottom plate 16 mm thick.The thickness of main beam ensures its firmness, which effectively contributes to the trailer's longevity.
For the gooseneck parts of the drop side trailer, we use a double plate for reinforcement.
We use a 160mm high sidebeam to enhance the stability and durability of the side boards trailer. The reinforced side beam will help the mainbeams share the pressure during trailer transportation of heavy goods, ensuring that our trailers can withstand heavy loads and resist deformation, reducing the risk of accidents during transportation.
BENHE side wall semi-trailer also uses the enhanced suspension, with thickness 8 mm, and diameter of the kin pin is 70 mm, heavy mechanical suspension for trailers provides better stability and durability.
Our trailer's sidebeam has a very great design. We did not cut the sidebeam in the part of the container lock, which ensures the integrity of the sidebeam and extends its service life.
BENHE's dropside trailer adopts 13 tons axles, and its braking lining is 16 tons, which reduce the brake distance and improve trailer safety.
All crossbeams are supported by inclined support frames, with a distance of only 50cm between the two support frames, ensuring the stability and load-bearing capacity of the sidewall cargo trailer.
