1) We have now fully upgraded our powder spraying and painting technology. Before painting, we will conduct multiple rust removal and sandblasting processes on the flatbed trailer. Currently, our company is the only one in China utilizing this technology. This advantage not only enhances the trailer's appearance but also extends its service life. After 5 to 8 years of use, there will be no paint peeling, significantly reducing the risk of rust on the trailer.
2) Because 90% of our customers are located in Africa, our trailers are specifically designed and reinforced to withstand African road conditions. BENHE flatbed trailer is constructed using Q345 high-strength steel. The middle plate of the main beam measures 500 mm in height and 8 mm in thickness, while the upper plate is 14 mm thick and the bottom plate is 16 mm thick. The robust design of the main beam effectively ensures the trailer's longevity and service life.
3) We utilize a 160mm high side beam to enhance the stability and durability of the trailer. Our side beam features an excellent design; we have not cut the side beam at the container lock, which ensures its integrity and extends its service life.
4) All crossbeams are supported by inclined support frames, with a distance of only 50 cm between the two frames, ensuring the stability and load-bearing capacity of the trailer. Even under the most adverse road conditions, it will function without issues.
5) We also adopt a 3 mm thick anti-skid platform. Even when carrying heavy goods with this trailer, it will never deform.
6) BENHE trailer features an enhanced suspension system with an 8 mm thickness and a kingpin diameter of 70 mm. This heavy-duty mechanical suspension for trailers offers improved stability and durability.
7) Our flatbed trailers feature organized wiring, which eliminates tangled and improperly connected wires.
