4 axles flatbed trailer will be sent to Ghana

This is a customer from Ghana who inquired about flatbed semi trailers on our company website three months ago, Ghana client bought 2 units 4 axles flatbed trailer from us, the customer primarily uses them for transporting containers and bulk cargo. Our manager Mr. Jason, communicated with the client regarding the load-bearing capacity and operational environment of the flatbed semi trailer.

We fully understood the customer's requirements and customized a four axles flatbed semi trailers that is 14 meters long and equipped with a 1-meter-high front bumper. The front axle is equipped with air suspension to enhance shock absorption comfort. The rear three axles utilize mechanical suspension with leaf springs that are 90 mm wide and 16 mm thick, consisting of 10 pieces. The thickened mechanical suspension plate spring ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity. The trailer is fitted with 12R22.5 tubeless tires. The body of the flatbed semi-trailer is uniformly welded and coated with plastic paint, which resists seawater corrosion during sea transportation and is less prone to peeling. This design effectively protects the body from corrosion and ensures that every detail is meticulously executed.

The flatbed trailer is now ready for shipment. Photos and videos of the flat deck trailer have been sent to the customer, our Ghana customer is very satisfied and has already made the final payment. The cargo ship for transportation has been booked and is prepared for shipment. However, our service does not end with the delivery of the goods; we will continue to monitor after-sales service. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.
