How does a cement bulker trailer work?
Start the air supply：After the diesel engine is started, the air compressor is driven to supply air to the air intake pipe.
Gas enters the tank：Enter each tank air chamber through the air inlet pipeline (the pipeline has a non-return function).
Ressure reaches 0.2Mpa： 0.2Mpa is the design pressure value used by the tank. (The pipeline has a pressure limiting device)
Make sure the discharge pipe is clear： Open the blowing valve to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed and prepare to start unloading.
Unloading: Open the discharge butterfly valve, due to the pressure difference inside and outside, the powder is transported to the storage tower through the pipeline along with the gas. (The blowing valve controls the conveying density and speed).
