Our a Senegal customer placed an order of two units 4 axlers dump trailer in June, 2024. This customer placed the order quite decisively. After learning about the company and factory, he decided to purchase two dump trailers immediately, main to transport stone and coal for his company.
Our engineers talked with client about his requirements, we can make the tipper trailer meet customer needs fully. Due to customer local road condition not very good, our engineers designed 16 tons alxes and thickened leaf spring, 90mm width, 16mm thickness, 10 pcs spring, the tipper semi trailer will be better suitable for the local roads. Our tipper trailer adopts the Chinese famous brand FUWA axle, the trailer with 4 axles, the front axle with air suspension can be lifted, and the back three axles with leaf spring suspensions.
The dump trailer overall size 10800 * 2550 * 3800mm. The dimensions of the cargo box are 9900 * 2300 * 2000mm. The main beam is made of Q345 steel and a high-strength I-beam with a height of 480mm. Upper flange 16mm, Middle flange use double plate 8+ 8 mm，Bottom flange 18mm, load capacity 100 tons. Considering the local road conditions, the road conditions in the mining area and some mountain roads are not very good. This material has good toughness on bumpy roads, strong load-bearing capacity, and is not easy to break.
The construction period from placing the order to completion is 25 days, we will continue to track and provide after-sales service. The product has been delivered, but the service is still on going.
