Cement tank trailer is designed specifically for transporting building materials such as lime, cement, and concrete. Firstly, the load-bearing capacity of the cement tank trailer. The shock absorption system uses mechanical suspension, which has strong load-bearing capacity and resilience.

Another important component is the tank, whose capacity is the tool for carrying goods. The capacity of the tank is generally 30-70 cubic meters. This large capacity tank can transport a large amount of materials at once. But at the same time, there are also high requirements for the materials used in the tank body. We used a 5mm thick manganese alloy diamond body. This material has high strength and is easy to maintain.

Finally, the cement tank trailer transports the materials to the destination and unloads the goods. During unloading, the air supply will be activated to drive the air compressor to supply air to the intake duct. Immediately, the gas enters the water tank. After the water tank reaches the pressure value for use, ensure that the discharge pipe is unobstructed, open the purge valve, and the discharge can be done. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside, when the discharge butterfly valve is opened, the powder is transported to the storage tower together with the gas through the pipeline.
